Wheels are Chrome Ballooner Wheels laced to a Union Front Hub and a rear early Bendix coaster brake and have new White wall 26″x2.125″ Goodyear pattern tires. The Drive is a nice 1″ Pitch or Skiptooth Chain. The Bike has an Unique Murray Dual Spring Springer, Tank with working horn, Rack with reflector and housing, Chainguard, Deluxe Deep Chrome Fenders, and Murray Delta Head Light ( Works but could use a bit more Tinkering), Troxel Deluxe Saddle, Murray Grips, and Jeweled Pedals.

The Styling and parts to the bike are Unique to the Murray Fleetline, with only some similarity to the other Deluxe Murray offerings. Murray made some amazing ballooner bikes with solid construction and all the frills. I don’t have a bunch of late Murray literature and since it was obviously complete when I got it, no need to obsess on research and just enjoy it. From My Research I believe it to be a 1958 although it could be from the years 1956 -1959. Bike is Super Clean with good chrome and only some slight fading with the Paint. This Murray Deluxe Fleetline is one Sweet Survivor, It is Completely Lux Low Cleaned / Rebuilt / Restored and Rides like a Gem.
